1- Administrate & Monitors Servers in Microsoft Hyper-V and troubleshoot issues in both physical Host and Virtual Machines. This is also includes configuring all the Attentions/ warranting notification in ManageEngine system “OpManager”.
2- Administrate & Manage users Accounts, Permission, security groups and login scripts for user in Active Directory.
3- Manage users Email accounts and email groups and permission in Microsoft Exchange 2013. Also administrate and the Archiving
procedure for old emails accounts through archive system “Barracuda Archive One Enterprise”.
4- Plan, implement and administrate the backup and disaster recovery for the Data & Virtual Machines in backup system “HP Data Protector”.
5- Plan for the new requests and projects for any requirements from the infrastructure of IT that related to new resources (new VM, Network connection including P2P)

1- Handling all the requests support and distributing and organizing the work on the helpdesk team.
2- Planning the Support tasks for the new project and coordinating with Infrastructure team and other departments.
3- Replaying and following up the pending jobs with the heads of the departments.
4- Following up with the outside suppliers for supporting contract and support process.
5- Following the support work and finding new ideas to make the work move smoothly with end user.

1- Maintenance for the PC (Operating System and Hardware).
2- Doing technical Support and troubleshooting.
3- Administrate the user permission and users profiles.
4- Manage the user resource (printer, drivers, and applications) and controlling there used beside also maintenance these resources.
5- Maintenance the wireless communication devices (Vehicle Mount Terminal (VMT) & Hand Held Terminal (HHT)).
6- Monitor the backup process, by using “Symantec Veritas Net Backup”, and following the daily backup process.

My duties here were to do maintenance for computer, for the establishment that we contract with them. This maintenance includes
maintenance the hardware, software (operating system and applications) and PCs networks. Also as part of my duties is to economize all wanted software and needed from the client to enhance his work quality.
